Shipping Information

At ibss.com.pk, we strive to ensure your orders reach you as quickly as possible. Upon placing an order, you will immediately receive a confirmation email with your order details. Our team prioritizes swift dispatch, and typically, orders are shipped within 48 hours (on business days) from our warehouse.

If an item is out of stock, we will notify you via phone call or SMS with an estimated dispatch date.

Shipping Charges

For all orders within Pakistan, we offer a flat shipping rate of Rs 250, regardless of the package size.

Delivery Services

We partner with trusted courier services including Swyft, Call Courier, Trax, BlueEx, and TCS for nationwide delivery.

  • Estimated delivery time (outside Karachi): 2–4 business days.

International Delivery

For international orders, we use DHL. Please email us at info@ibss.com.pk with your destination details, and we’ll respond with the applicable shipping costs.

Important Note

Orders will be delivered only to the shipping address provided at checkout. Delivery to an alternate address is not available.
