Delivery and Exchanges

Shipping Information

At ibss.com.pk, we strive to ensure your orders reach you as quickly as possible. Upon placing an order, you will instantly receive a confirmation email with your order details. Our team prioritizes swift dispatch, and typically, orders are shipped within 48 hours (on business days) from our warehouse.

If an item is out of stock, we will inform you via phone call or SMS with the earliest possible dispatch time.

  • Shipping within Pakistan: Flat rate of Rs 250 per order, regardless of package size.

  • Karachi deliveries: Handled through our in-house delivery service, typically delivered within 2 business days. For urgent delivery requests, please contact us directly.

  • Nationwide delivery: We partner with multiple courier services. Estimated delivery time for orders outside Karachi is 2–4 business days.

  • International deliveries: Contact us at info@ibss.com.pk to receive a shipping quote based on your destination.

Exchange Policy

We offer a 7-day goodwill exchange policy, subject to the following conditions:

  • The item must be in original packaging.

  • Product seals must be intact.

  • Packaging must not be tampered with.

Note: Items bought on sale are not eligible for exchange unless the received product is incorrect.

How to Exchange an Item

  1. Email us at info@ibss.com.pk with your order number, the item(s) to be exchanged, and the reason for exchange.

  2. Send the item(s) back in their original packaging with seals intact to our Karachi address.

  3. Once received, we will ship your replacement. Applicable re-shipment charges will apply.

Returns Policy

We will fully refund (in the form of a credit voucher) or replace items that are damaged or faulty.

If you simply change your mind, you can request a return provided:

  • The item is unopened and in original condition.

  • It is returned within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Proof of purchase (order number/email) is included.

How to Return an Item

  1. Take clear photos of the damaged/faulty item.

  2. Email info@ibss.com.pk with the order number, reason for return, and photos attached.

  3. Ship the item back to our Karachi address in its original packaging.

Once approved, we’ll issue a coupon equal to the item’s value. Shipping charges for resending items will be borne by the customer.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel an order, please notify us as soon as possible. We dispatch most orders within 24 hours.

  • If your order has not shipped, we will cancel it and process accordingly.

  • If it has already shipped, cancellation will not be possible.
